What happens at the end of free trial?
Your membership is automatically renewed at the end of your free month. You can cancel at any time prior to the renewal.
Why can’t I upload my existing resume?
We aim to make the process as easy as possible for both Instructors and Studios. By using our online resume builder, Studios and Gym Owners can search directly based on desired criteria in your resume (education, location, experience, etc). Likewise, Instructors can showcase their talents on a beautiful online resume which can be used for various job applications (not only within YPC).
Can I change or cancel my subscription later on?
Yes. You can downgrade or cancel anytime from your settings page or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow for a minimum of 14 days for us to update your records.
Why can’t I see the company names and logos on the Job Search page?
You need to create an account and be logged in to see the names of the studios and gyms that are posting jobs. The free membership model allows you to view and apply for jobs.
What is your refund policy?
YPC does not offer a refund except in certain situations and jurisdiction, as noted in our refund policy. However, we are always open to feedback. Please get in touch if you aren't happy with the service.
What do I get for the paid subscription?
As a paid subscriber, you have access to post unlimited jobs and events. Paid Instructor subscribers also have the ability to set custom job alerts based on their availability and location.
