1.  Post a Job:

At YPC, fitness jobs are posted by location, availability and skillset. Try to be specific when describing the role and when you need the Instructor. Including pay rate is optional.


2. Receive Applicants:

You’ll start receiving applicants right to your inbox! All Instructors will send through their online CV via email containing education, experience and first aid information. Login to your account, click on ‘my jobs’ and view applicants. From there, you can ‘accept’ or ‘decline’ candidates and begin communication.


3. Invite Instructors:

Haven’t found the right Instructor? Don’t fret, they may not have seen your post. Use our ‘Find Instructors’ tool to invite candidates to apply. You can search based on education, experience and availability.




1. Create a Profile:

Take 5 minutes to create your online profile. Think of it as your own personal mini website. Studios will look at this before reaching out. Be sure to include a photo, your education and experience.

2. Search for Jobs:

The purpose of YPC is to help Instructors from needing to run across town to fill up your schedule. Search for jobs based on your preferred location and day of the week. Not into searching? Become a premium member and receive custom job alerts.


3. Apply for Jobs:

Click ‘apply’ on the job board and your online profile will be sent directly to the employer. You’ll have the chance to add a personal message and the employer can decide whether to ‘accept’ or ‘decline’ the offer.
