About

I work as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, (both mat and reformer). I train several clients of all different age groups and fitness levels and I am very passionate about my work. I have been teaching Pilates exercises in 1 on 1 sessions for 2 years and  I currently work as a Pilates Group Instructor, (both mat and reformer at various studios and gyms around Sydney as well as for private and corporate clients. Some of the gyms / studios where I teach Pilates include Yogarbar, (Various locations), Quro, (Glebe), Soulful Fitness, (Lane Cove), RPX Fitness, (Formerly Roman Pilates, Body, Mind, Life, (Various locations), Castlereagh Fitness,, Corporate and Private Classes through Pilates with Purpose and I am also on the roster of several other gyms / studios for covers and fill in classes. I also teach Corporate Pilates classes and run other other group fitness sessions as well as 1 on 1 Personal Training outdoors in different locations. I have several years experience, and  I focus on Functional Movement Training and Pilates to help clients improve posture, core stability and to help with muscle imbalances. I am an extremely motivated individual and have learned a lot through my own experience with fitness and working with existing clients.
